      【Advanced Equipment】

       Advanced equipment lays the foundation for premium products. Our mixing center is equipped with 3 sets of 410L internal mixers and 5 sets of 270L internal mixers, with an annual compound rubber output of 60,000 tons. Automated, intelligent and eco-friendly production ensures stable and consistent product quality. Our in-house 30-ton biomass boiler guarantees stable and non-stop production. The intelligent mold-processing workshop supports customized development of new products. Large-scale on-line non-destructive laser cleaning for molds optimizes product surface appearance.

       To meet business growth and production upgrading demands, the company launched Phase-II project of the mixing center in 2024. Upon completion, it will be equipped with 410L internal mixers and a comprehensive compound rubber production management system, realizing scenario-based intelligence and big-data interconnection, and continuously enhancing overall manufacturing competence.

      【Vehicle Inner Tubes】

       Our inner-tube product line covers butyl rubber and natural rubber series with over 400 specifications, applicable to light-duty trucks, heavy-duty trucks, engineering machinery, agricultural machinery and industrial vehicles. We possess prominent technical accumulation for dump-truck and giant agricultural-machinery inner tubes. 8 inner-tube extrusion lines and 250 inner-tube vulcanizers support an annual capacity of 10 million pieces. Our products supply major tire manufacturers including Aeolus, Sailun, Hengfeng, Huasheng, Xulun, Double Coin, Chengshan, Hankook and Linglong, ranking high among domestic supporting markets. Meanwhile, we export directly to over 40 countries and regions across Russia, Southeast Asia, the Americas, the Middle East and Africa, earning wide recognition from global clients.

      【Tire Curing Bladders】

       We have 80 full-automatic injection vulcanizers, 36 compression-molding vulcanizers and 5 giant-tire bladder vulcanizers, supporting an annual capacity of 800,000 tire curing bladders. Bladder products include 10 series covering semi-steel tires, all-steel tires, engineering radial tires, agricultural radial tires, giant radial tires, bias tires, bias engineering tires, giant bias tires, bicycle/motorcycle tires and air springs, totaling more than 800 specifications. Our provincial-level industrial-design center and mold-processing workshop support custom solutions with over 1,000 sets of existing molds. Our bladders are approved by global tire giants such as Bridgestone, Goodyear, Pirelli, Sumitomo, Continental and Yokohama, and have entered their global supply chains. We also provide comprehensive supporting services for leading domestic brands including Aeolus, Zhongce, Sailun, Linglong, Hengfeng, Huasheng, Chengshan, Guizhou Tire, Double Coin, Double Star, Wanli and Triangle, winning high customer recognition with complete supporting capabilities.

      【Air Springs】

       In response to upgraded national standards for commercial-vehicle chassis suspension systems, the company absorbs proven industry technologies and carries out industry-university-research cooperation with universities to develop air-spring products. The air-spring manufacturing base occupies 19,000 square meters, equipped with advanced facilities including rubber-sheet extrusion-calendering lines, steel-wire linkage production lines, automatic forming machines and air-spring vulcanizers. Annual output reaches 1.5 million sets of convoluted air springs, 500,000 sets of rolling lobe air springs and 2 million sets of sleeve-type air springs. Products suit passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, industrial-equipment vibration-damping and industrial lifting equipment.

      【Rubber Tracks】

       The rubber-track project involves a total investment of RMB 250 million and covers an area of 80 mu. It is furnished with advanced production equipment including steel-wire winding lines, hanging dip-coating lines, track surface-rubber extrusion lines, thin-sheet extrusion lines, track pre-forming machines and track vulcanizers. Our product range covers agricultural machinery, engineering machinery, snow-going machinery and military-use tracks. Optimized product structures adapt to diverse working conditions and have received positive feedback from numerous customers.
